In order to meet the need of the strategic goal of building a world-class energy and chemical company, establish a comprehensive and standardized SINOPEC post order and perfect the scientific working mechanism of selecting, cultivating, employing and gathering talents, the Company has carried out the construction of the Talent Growth Channel in an all-round way ，formulated and issued a series of supporting management systems. It has constructed the Talent Growth Channel that is smooth from top to bottom and from left to right, so that all kinds of talents have their own “grow channels and develop space".
In order to builds the environment of "everyone can become a talent", further mobilizes the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of various talents, Company has established the growth and development channel and corresponding post order of management, professional technology, and skill operations, implemented the corresponding salary system, which greatly mobilizes the enthusiasm of all kinds of talents to work, study, and improve skills, and stimulates the passion for work of all kinds of talents. In accordance with the requirements of the scientific view of talents, Talent Growth Channel puts the improvement of professional ability as the guide, the performance of job responsibilities and the assessment of performance contribution as the basis.
The management series (M) sets up three levels which composed of eight positions in primary management, middle management, and senior management. The professional technical series (T) is divided into professional technical sub-sequence and project management sub-sequence. It sets up three levels which are composed of nine positions in basic technology, middle technology, and high technology. Skills operation series (W) sets up three levels which are composed of seven positions in elementary skill, intermediate skill, and advanced skill.
