Project Management

     The Company leads the development with "innovation-driven" idea and focuses on the three main lines of "innovation of the construction organization model, innovation of technical equipment improvement, innovation of the integration of informatization and industrialization", so as to innovate project management and optimize project operation. Guided by typical projects, the Company fully promotes the innovation of construction organization, carries out the discussion and exchange of innovation in construction management and popularizes advanced experience, and strengthens the standardization construction of construction organization, thus improving the level of standardized and normalized management. Overseas projects of the Company are based on marketization, internationalization and localization. The Company will strengthen the construction of organizational structure of overseas projects and continuously improve the ability to execute overseas projects.
