The Company took the lead in the field of coal chemical construction, and undertook the first Direct Coal Liquefaction Project (Shenhua Erdos Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.), the first Indirect Coal Liquefaction Oil Product Synthesis Project (Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Corporation Limited), the first DMTO Project (Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Co., Ltd.), and the first S-MTO Project (Sinopec Zhongyuan Branch); successively built more than 30 sets of large and medium-sized coal-to-liquids plants, coal to olefin plants, coal to polypropylene plants, and synthesis gas to glycol plants of Shenhua Erdos Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Corporation Limited, Shenhua Xinjiang Coal Group Co., Ltd., Sinopec Zhongyuan Branch, Jiangsu Sier Bang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Yanchang China Coal Yulin Energy & Chemicals Co. ,Ltd., China Coal Shaanxi Yulin Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., Qinghai Salt Lake Industrial Group Co., Ltd., Shandong Shenda Chemical Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia China Coal Mengda New Energy Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Shandong Yangmei Hengtong Chemical Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Xingxing New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd., and Zhong-an Coal Co., Ltd., and the Company has been the enterprise with the largest number of plants in the domestic coal chemical construction and the industry leader in coal chemical engineering construction.
